Yooooo

Well that didn’t go to plan lol

I’m writing this blog post about 2 months late, why? because I’m ever so lazy! sorry :S

but if you’ve read the last entry it should make some kinda sense…

the last update I gave was in New Zealand, in a cool little surf town called Raglan.

We stayed there for about 2 weeks in a shack that I’m pretty sure was built to house livestock, bought a car and had plans to travel to the south island.

Sadly, That didn’t happen….

For some stupid reason (internet related I think) we got stuck in the most boring town known to man, Hamilton.

For those that live there, I apologize, but jeeez that really was a down point in this whole world tour thing…

Anyway, after a crappy 5 days my comrade and I decided to head to the east coast, to a nice town called Tauranga, which compared to Hamiltion was pretty sick! nice beaches, relaxed atmosphere, good times all round.

Nightlife wasn’t too bad either…

anyway after a pretty sweet week or so, we began what was meant to be a 5 hour road trip down to Gisbourne.

The car broke down on the way which sucked, but 24 hours later we finally arrived!

Really nice drive down, you can see some of the pictures on my facebook account, it mainly consisted of a 50km journey through “the gauge” which was actually pretty awesome on a sunny day.

By this point though, (well actually by the 2nd day) George and I were longing for Thailand… I’m sorry that place is just so freakin’ cool its silly

so…..

we decided to rebook the tickets, cutting a 2 month trip short by 5 weeks lol

Gisbourne was great, but like the rest of our experience in NZ I’m just a bit gutted to say that I was slightly underwhelmed by the whole thing, even Auckland which was an awesome city and our last stop in NZ just seemed far too quiet for my liking.

One good thing though… it was full of lovely Japanese girls…

anyway back on point.

I wish I had more stories, but I really don’t, it sucked :(

Back to Thailand it was.

Flying back via Malaysia was pretty cool actually, stayed in this airport hotel on the way back, so we were in good form for a night out in Pattaya that day, which I can safely say didn’t dissapoint.

This time round we stayed in a few new places which was cool, again we didn’t leave the apartment much lol apart from going out clubbing and coming back, I figure its got to be done whilst you’re young huh?

George had a few bits to do for his new launch Traffic Ultimatum so we headed up to Bangkok and over to chiang mai to see the WP Mage guys, Greg & Leon. Chiang Mai was somewhat different to Pattaya shall we say, but one of the nicest parts of my trip so far, met some awesome people and managed to party pretty hard. You’d be suprised how many Internet Marketers are out there!

By this point it was almost Christmas, which the Thai’s don’t celebrate, however that didn’t stop us having an awesome time, New years was pretty insane too, with the lanterns and all.  I decided to get a moped this time… if you ever go over to Thailand that is something you’ve got to do, its sooooo much fun :)

I’m happy to say this time we found more time for going out in the day time, visiting a few temples, going out to check out the town and stuff, it was a refreshing change.

Anyway, to bring you up to speed, I’ve returned to the UK for a few months, George is down in Phuket and I can’t wait to continue the trip.

Its been great to be back with my family and to spend some quality time with them, also if you ever do this kinda thing, you’ll grow a whole new appreciation for a desk and nice chair, sounds sad but you’ll know what I mean.

This month and next are action packed, like I mentioned George has his launch coming up and there’s also something pretty special coming out soon, that you should keep an eye out for!

My next post will be just before I head of on our next leg, Tokyo and Hong Kong, which is going to be craaaaaazy :)

Some more destinations include:

- Barbados
- The Maldives
- USA
- Phuket

Speak soon!
