Hey guys,
in T – Minus four hours my butt will be out of the door and heading to Heathrow airport,
so rather than going to sleep I’ve decided to catch up on my daily dose of Digg Tv over
at Revision3 and do a bit of blogging.
I’m completely packed, having double checked my passport is actually in my rucksack,I think I’m ready to roll. We’ve actually changed the first destination to Pattaya, which when I sat down with my mum to do a bit of research has been referred to, on atleast 3 different websites as an open air brothel – good times.
Heathrow I must say is probably my least favourite airport, having travelled to New Zealand a few years back, it’s really just a bit rubbish, so all being well the flight should be on time. We’re now flying directly to Bangkok which is awesome, it looks like such a cool destination, apparently there’s some old chick that lives there who gave birth to twins at 70 , which is kinda messed up.
We’re no longer going via Mumbai which is cool as I think it would of been a little hectic, although India does look very exciting we are now scheduled out on the direct flight no# 911 (WTF ) which shaves 4 hours off the flight time
It was pretty hard to say goodbye to the family to be honest, especially my little brother who I’m very close to, but on the other hand I’m really looking forward to embarking on this Epic adventure. I’m going to try my best to get back to the UK at some point just after Christmas but I’ve promised them I’ll stay in regular contact.
Just so you know, I will be updating the blog with all the trips goings on but if you’d like to follow me on facebook i’ve created a cool group just for fun.
Here’s a little run down of the first few locations:
-Thailand
-New Zealand
-USA
-Australia
If any of you guys are attending any seminars in those areas just give me a shout and maybe we can hook up, I’m looking to attend Ad Tech in NYC in April which should be sweet and it would be ace to meet some fellow Internet Marketers.
On a side note guys, I’m actually helping out my good marketing buddy George Brown with his Google Sniper Launch, it’s a seriously cool product that’s helped a lot of people, click here for some more info
anyway, that’s it from me for tonight, I probably should try and get some shut eye.
Take it easy ya’ll
Alex
